CHEESY TUNA AND RICE MUFFINS 
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can tuna, drained
3/4 c. black olives, sliced
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. seasoned salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. milk

Combine first 7 ingredients. Stir in eggs and milk. Grease muffin cups. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
