CREAMY CHEESE BALL 
8 oz. softened cream cheese
3 oz. wafered beef, finely chopped
2 tbsp. chopped green onion
1/2 to 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. celery salt
Chopped walnuts
Stone ground wheat crackers (my favorite)

Mix all ingredients and chill slightly. Roll into a ball and roll into chopped walnuts. This is best if refrigerated for 1-2 days so the chopped beef will flavor the cheese and give it a smoked effect. Let stand approximately 1-2 hours before serving to aid spreading.
