CREAMY CHEESE CARROTS 
4 c. thin sliced carrots
1 tsp. instant minced onion

Simmer until tender.

SAUCE:

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sharp shredded cheese
1 tsp. chopped parsley, optional

Make cream sauce with first 3 ingredients. Add cheese and parsley. Stir until smooth.

Mix sauce and carrots. Put in baking dish and cover with corn flake crumbs. Pour melted butter over crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
