BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
6 slices bread, broken in pieces
dash of Tabasco sauce or any hot sauce

Sauté sausage and drain well. Beat eggs, milk and mustard. Add sausage and cheese and remaining ingredients. Cover bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish with bread pieces. Pour egg and sausage mixture over bread. Refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 350°F for 45 to 60 minutes. Serve hot.
