1 1/2 lbs. hamburger meat
Salt & pepper
Onion-mushroom soup mix
3 tbsp. A-1 sauce

Mix all ingredients and bake in oven or cook in skillet on top of stove. Whichever you prefer.

For a good gravy, use recipe off onion-mushroom soup mix package. I use it for gravy on potatoes and rice too. Bake at 400 degrees until done.
