MEAT AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
4 boneless pork chops or boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 box au gratin potatoes
2 1/4 c. boiling water
2/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter

Spray square casserole dish with nonstick spray. Brown meat in a heavy, hot skillet to seal in juices. Mix water, butter, milk and package of sauce mix from box in the dish. Add in the potatoes and stir. Arrange the chops or chicken on top and bake in a 400°F oven for 35 to 40 minutes.

If meat is frozen, thaw before using for best results.
