GRANDMA'S RHUBARB TORTE 
1 c. flour
5 tbsp. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter (use real butter)

Mix and line 9 x 9 inch pan and bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees.

2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts
2 1/2 c. cut rhubarb

Mix and pour over baked mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
