ELEGANT RHUBARB TORTE 
2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. butter softened
2 egg yolks

Mix above ingredients. Press in 9x13 pan, bottom and sides. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Then mix following and put in crust and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. flour 4 egg yolks, beaten

Now beat 6 egg whites till stiff. Add 1 cup sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. Beat till blended. Spread over baked rhubarb and brown at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Refrigerate.
