SAVORY HAM GLAZE AND SAUCE 
1 1/2 c. light or dark corn syrup
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
3 tbsp. mustard
3/4 tsp. ground ginger
2 tbsp. orange juice

In 2 quart saucepan stir corn syrup, brown sugar, mustard and ginger. Bring to boil over medium heat and boil 5 minutes. Brush 1/2 cup on ham during last hour of baking. To make sauce, add orange juice to remaining glaze. Serve warm on ham. Makes 1/2 cup glaze and 1 1/3 cups sauce (enough for a 3 lb. boneless ham).

1 1/3 cup sauce might be a lot for some families. If so adjust measurements to make less. It takes some figuring but then there is not too much sauce.
