GLAZED HAM SLICE WITH CRANBERRY
SAUCE
 
1 (1 1/2" thick) slice fully cooked ham
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Dash ground cloves
Dash salt
1 1/2 c. cranberry juice
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. raisins

Slash fat edge of ham at 2" intervals. Insert whole cloves in fat, if desired. Place ham in shallow baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, make Cranberry Sauce. Mix brown sugar, cloves, cornstarch and salt. Add fruit juices and raisins. Cook and stir until mixture is thick and boiling. Spoon part of sauce over ham. Bake 20 minutes more or until glazed. Pass remaining sauce. 6 servings.
