EGG AND SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
6 slices white bread (cubed no crust)
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Brown sausage and scramble; drain well. Layer into 9 x 13 Pyrex. Sausage first, then bread cubes then cheese. Beat together eggs, milk, salt, and mustard and pour on top of layered ingredients. Refrigerate overnight covered in Saran wrap. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
