EGG CASSEROLE WITH SAUSAGE 
4 slices of bread, torn in pieces
1 lb. sausage, brown & drain
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
6 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. milk

Grease 9"x13" pan. Layer bread, meat and cheese. Beat eggs. Add mustard, salt, and milk to beaten eggs. Pour over bread, meat and cheese layers. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Excellent breakfast dish. One pound of bacon may be used instead of sausage.
