EGG-SAUSAGE CASSEROLE | |
1 (7 oz.) box croutons 2 lb. pork sausage, browned 8 oz. grated cheddar cheese 4 eggs, beaten 1 1/2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 can mushroom soup 1/2 c. milk 4 oz. can mushrooms Grease the bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Layer the first 3 ingredients in order. Mix the egg, milk, salt, pepper and mustard; pour over layers and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, mix the soup, milk and mushrooms and pour over the top. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees (uncover last 1/2 hour). |
