SAUSAGE CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. sausage 6 eggs 2 c. milk 1 1/4 c. seasoning croutons or stuffing mix 1/4 tsp. dry mustard or 1 tbsp. prepared mustard 1 c. grated cheddar cheese 1/4 tsp. salt Brown sausage. Beat eggs and mix all ingredients together. Place in 9 inch square baking dish and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Let set for 5 minutes before serving. |
