POTATO SAUSAGE CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. bulk pork sausage 1 can cream of mushroom soup 3/4 c. milk 1/2 c. onion, chopped 3 c. raw, sliced potatoes 1/2 lb. grated cheese Brown and drain sausage. Mix soup, milk, onion. In large casserole, layer potatoes, soup mixture and sausage. Repeat layers again, ending with sausage. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle with grated cheese and melt in oven. |
