NOODLE-ROMANOFF 
1 pkg. 5 to 6 oz. fine noodles
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash Tabasco
Paprika
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese

Cook noodles in boiling salted water about 6 minutes. Drain well. Mix all ingredients except grated cheese. Put into greased casserole. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. 4 to 5 servings.

This is almost the perfect recipe! All I would add is to try mixing crushed potato chips or corn flakes with the grated cheese topping. And if you can find it, use a flat type noodle which is a little thicker than the fine soup noodle. Also you can substitute dried onions, but the key ingredient is the Worcestershire sauce and the cottage cheese. Great with either lamb or pork chops.
