NOODLES ROMANOFF 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. broad noodles
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cottage cheese
2-4 tbsp. grated onion
1 sm. clove garlic, finely minced
1/4 c. chopped chives
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. finely chopped parsley
Tabasco sauce to taste
Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Cook noodles until nearly tender. Do not overcook; drain. Combine the sour cream, cottage cheese, onion, garlic, parsley, chives, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, salt and pepper. Toss with noodles and pour mixture into buttered casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 25- 30 minutes until inside is bubbly.
