1 qt. (32 oz.) sauerkraut (Vlasic Old Fashioned is good) 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained 1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup 2 lbs. (Eckrich) Polska Kielbasa (Polish sausage) 1 lg. onion, diced & sauteed Rinse sauerkraut in strainer under cold running water for 5 minutes. Cut sausage into 2" pieces. Put all the ingredients into a 3 quart casserole (add no water to the soup). Mix well and cover. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 4. |
