1 lg. box Oreo cookies
1 (8 oz.) carton of cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
2 boxes vanilla pudding mix (instant)
3 c. milk
1 sm. container of Cool Whip

Crumble Oreo cookies and put about half in 13 x 9 inch pan. Let cream cheese soften and then use mixer to add sugar, beat good. Then add both boxes of vanilla pudding and the three cups of milk. Beat well about 2 minutes until pudding thickens. Add Cool Whip (fold). Put in casserole dish over the Oreo cookies and put the rest of the cookies on top.
