8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
3 c. milk
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 lg. pack Oreo cookies

Crush cookies and put half in dish. Mix cream cheese, sugar and butter together. In another bowl mix pudding mix and milk, add to other mixture, then add Cool Whip. Put over layer of cookies. Then put the other half of cookies over that.
