1 lg. instant chocolate pudding mix
2 1/2 c. milk
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 lg. whipped topping

Mix milk with pudding mix. Mix all ingredients together.

CRUST:

Crushed Oreo cookies

Mix first 4 ingredients well. Pour into a clean plastic or glass flour pot. Top with crushed cookies. Cool well to set. Decorate with artificial flower. Sprinkle with gummy worms.
