CRANBERRY POT ROAST 
2 tbsp. salad oil
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
16 oz. can whole cranberry sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
Water
Salt

Brown pot roast. Stir in cinnamon, ginger, pepper, 1/3 cup water, 2 teaspoon salt, heat to boiling. Simmer 2 hours. 15 minutes before roast is done, add 16 oz. can whole cranberry sauce. Cook until done.
