CRANBERRY ROAST BEEF 
4/5 lb. rump roast
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce

Put meat, cranberry sauce and onion mix into pot and cook on simmer (stove top) for approximately 2 hours. Remove from pot and refrigerate overnight. Slice cold beef and reshape into loaf form. Place in casserole. Cover and reheat 325 degrees for 1 hour or microwave 20 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
