3 c. flour
1 1/4 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 tbsp. white vinegar
4 tbsp. water

Mix together flour, shortening and salt. Mix together egg, vinegar and water. Add egg mixture to the flour mixture. Blend.
