ELEANOR'S PIE DOUGH 
2 c. lard
1 tsp. salt
5 c. flour
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg

Mix dry ingredients together. Cut in lard. In cup beat the egg and add 1 tablespoon vinegar. Fill cup to 3/4 cup with water. Add to dry ingredients. Knead. Makes enough for 6 to 7 pies. Can be refrigerated up to one week.
