HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 c. (8 oz.) sliced fresh mushrooms
1 med. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. instant beef bouillon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk or plain yogurt
2 tsp. parsley flakes

Crumble ground beef into 1 1/2 quart microwave-safe casserole. Add mushrooms and onion.

Microwave (high), uncovered, 7 to 8 minutes or until meat is set, stirring twice. Drain. Stir in flour, bouillon, salt, mustard, pepper and water. Cover with casserole lid.

Microwave (high), 7 to 8 minutes or until flavors are blended, stirring once. Stir in buttermilk and parsley. Cover.

Microwave (high) 2 to 3 minutes or until hot.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
