CHUTNEY 
24 ripe tomatoes
6 onions
6 red peppers
12 sour apples
1 lb. seedless raisins
1 tbsp. celery seed
2 qts. cider vinegar
3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
3 tbsp. allspice
1 tsp. nutmeg

Grind all ingredients, add spices, etc., cook over low fire until thick. Store in sealed canning jars.
