C.'S CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. diced cooked chicken
French dressing
2 c. diced celery
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2/3 c. mayonnaise
Lettuce
2 hard-cooked eggs, quartered

Marinate chicken in French dressing in refrigerator for about 2 hours. Drain thoroughly; toss together all ingredients except lettuce and eggs. Season to taste. Pile on lettuce. Garnish with mayonnaise and eggs. Yields 4 servings.
