GREEK CHICKEN OREGANO 
3 lbs. fryer, cut in quarters
1/2 c. olive oil
Juice of 2 lemons
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine oil, lemon, salt, garlic, pepper and oregano in medium bowl. Mix well. Dip chicken pieces in dressing and arrange in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan, skin side down. Add 1 cup water to left over dressing. Pour over chicken. Bake uncovered for 50 to 60 minutes. Baste often. Turn after 25 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
