COFFEE LIQUEUR MOUSSE 
2 (8 oz.) cartons non dairy whipped topping
1 tbsp. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. instant coffee powder
6 tbsp. coffee flavored liqueur
Whipped cream, optional
Chocolate sprinkles, optional

Whip non dairy topping until stiff. Add sugar, cocoa and instant coffee and blend. Add liqueur and stir gently with spatula. Put in dishes and chill. To serve add real whip cream and chocolate sprinkles. Makes 9 (1 cup) servings.
