FRENCH SILK PIE 
1 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. softened butter
2 sq. melted unsweetened chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 baked pie shell or tart shells

Combine all ingredients in small bowl; blend well. Beat 2 minutes at highest speed. Pour into baked pie shell. Chill 2 hours. If desired serve with whipped cream and nuts.
