FRENCH SILK PIE 
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
3 sqs. unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
Pie shell
Unsweetened whipping cream
Chocolate curls

In a small mixer bowl, cream butter and sugar about 4 minutes or until fluffy. Stir in cooled chocolate and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating on medium speed of electric mixer after each addition and scraping sides of bowl constantly. Turn into baked pie shell. Chill several hours or overnight until set. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls.
