SAUERKRAUT AND SAUSAGE BALLS | |
1 1/2 lbs. ground sausage 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained 3/4 c. instant oats 1 egg, beaten 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 c. sour cream 1 (4 oz.) jar horseradish sauce Mustard to taste Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl; mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Combine sour cream, horseradish sauce, and mustard in bowl; mix well. Serve with sausage balls. Yield: 36 sausage balls. |
