SMOKED SAUSAGE, SAUERKRAUT AND MASHED POTATOES
Smoked sausage, cut in 3 inch lengths 1 can sauerkraut 3-4 c. mashed potatoes Layer in order given - bake with lid on at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove lid and continue baking for 10-15 minutes. Quick, easy and delicious.
