SWISS - BROCCOLI SOUP 
2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut broccoli
2 c. milk
1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. ham, chopped

In saucepan heat bouillon granules in 1 1/2 cup water until dissolved. Add broccoli, cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender. Add milk, cheese, nutmeg and dash of pepper. Cook and stir until cheese melts. Combine flour and 1/2 cup cold water. Stir into broccoli mixture. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Add ham. Heat through.
