SWISS BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. onions, chopped
1 jar chicken gravy
1 1/4 c. milk
1 box broccoli, chopped, thawed & drained
1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Melt butter in large pot over medium heat; saute onion in butter until tender. Reduce heat to low. Add gravy, milk, and broccoli; heat slowly, stirring occasionally. Add cheese. Salt and pepper and heat, stirring frequently, just until cheese is melted. Serve.

Serves 4.

OPTIONS: Add potato or mixed vegetables or chicken or all of these.
