SWISS BROCCOLI SOUP 
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. butter
1 (12 oz.) jar Heinz homestyle chicken gravy
1 1/4 c. milk
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Dash of salt & pepper

In sauce pan saute onions in butter until tender. Stir in gravy, milk and broccoli; heat slowly, stirring occasionally. Add cheese, salt and pepper; heat until cheese is melted, stirring frequently.
