1 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. Amy's Amaretto liqueur
1 pt. softened vanilla ice cream
1/3 c. toasted almonds

Beat cream until stiff peaks form. Combine cream, ice cream and liqueur. Pour into lined muffin tins. Sprinkle with almonds and freeze until firm. Serves 6.
