CORN-TOMATO DISH 
2 1/2 c. cooked whole kernel corn
2 1/2 c. tomatoes
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
3/4 c. coarse cracker crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. grated American cheese
2 tbsp. butter, melted
Butter

Combine corn, tomatoes, green pepper, 1/2 cup crumbs, salt, pepper, sugar and 2 tablespoons melted butter. Place in casserole. Sprinkle with cheese and remaining cracker crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
