RASPBERRY JELLY 
4 c. raspberry juice
5 1/2 c. white sugar
1 box Sure Jell
1/2 tbsp. butter

Clean raspberries and put on stove until they get kinds of mushy. (You can add little water in this.) Take off and cool a little, put in white clean bag to drain. You only want the juice (no seeds).

Put juice on in pot, add Sure Jell and butter, when it comes to boil add sugar. When it comes to a full boil, cook 1 minute. Put in hot jars and cover with wax right away.
