CREAMY CRAB BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 pkg. (6 to 8 oz.) frozen crab, thawed, or 1 can (7 1/2 oz.) crab
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
2 c. half and half
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme

Drain and slice crab. Cook broccoli according to package directions. Saute onion in butter; blend in flour. Add milk and half and half, stirring and cooking until thickened and smooth. Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot soup. Add seasonings, crab and broccoli and heat through. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
