FOOLPROOF BEEF AND BROCCOLI 
1 lb. stew or stir-fry beef, cut into bite sized pieces
1 tbsp. vegetable or olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can Campbell's broccoli cheese soup
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 c. broccoli florets
hot cooked noodles or rice

Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add beef pieces and garlic and cook until beef is browned, stirring often. Mix soup, water and soy sauce and add to beef, heating to a boil, then reduce heat to low and add broccoli. Cover and simmer approximately 5 minutes or until broccoli is tender. Serve over noodles or rice.

Can also use chicken or pork.
