SALAD 
1 head Boston lettuce, washed and torn
1 cucumber, peeled and chopped

DRESSING:

2 eggs, hard boiled
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard powder
2 tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice
2/3 c. heavy cream, lightly whipped

Tear Boston lettuce apart after washing. Peel and chop cucumber. Hard boil eggs. Separate whites and yolks. Mix yolks with sugar, salt, mustard. Add vinegar or lemon juice, heavy cream. Pour dressing on lettuce and chopped cucumber just before serving. Decorate with chopped egg white.
