BROILED SHRIMP WITH PASTA AND
FRESH TOMATOES
 
1 lb. large or jumbo shrimp
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
Black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
Fettucini or linguini

Peel and devein shrimp. Marinate shrimp in the next 4 ingredients for several hours in a casserole dish or glass cake pan. Combine chopped tomatoes, parsley, salt and pepper in a bowl. Cook pasta, drain and toss in tomato mixture. Broil shrimp in marinade about 3 inches from heat for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Toss pasta with shrimp and some of the liquid from the pan. Enjoy!

Was just looking how long to broil shrimp, when I saw this recipe. It was very easy, and it tasted heavenly! I added fresh grated Parmesan cheese on top. I printed this out too, for my daughter to try. Beautiful dish! It's a winner!
