ROUND STEAK PARMESAN | |
Round steak 1/3 c. milk 1 egg 1/4 c. Parmesan 6 sm. minced onions 3 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1/2 c. water 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. paprika Pound round steak to 1/2 inch thick and cut in serving sizes. Dip each piece of steak in egg and milk, then in bread crumbs. Brown in melted butter then remove and set in 15x9 inch pan. Add water to pan and sprinkle each piece with spices, onions and top with Parmesan. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. |
