CUBED STEAK PARMESAN 
1 egg
1/4 c. finely crushed crackers or bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb. cubed steaks
1 sm. jar spaghetti sauce

Beat egg, dash of pepper and 1 tablespoon water. Combine crumbs and 2 tablespoons cheese. Dip steaks in egg then in crumbs. Brown steaks in 2 tablespoons hot oil. Drain off fat. Pour in spaghetti sauce. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes. Add cheese last 5 minutes.
