TORTILLA DIP 
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 can chili with beans
2 green onions
shredded cheddar or jalepeno cheese

Place cream cheese in a glass pie dish or 8 x 8 inch square. Put chili on top, then sliced onions, and top with shredded cheese. Microwave on high for about 2 minutes. Serve with tortilla or nacho chips.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
