CHICKEN AND RICE DINNER 
1 stick butter
1 c. uncooked rice
1 can soup (cheesy broccoli, cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, French onion)
1 to 2 c. favorite vegetable (frozen broccoli, peas, mixed veggies, mushrooms)
4 chicken breasts

Melt butter in a 9 x 13 casserole dish. Add uncooked rice. Stir in soup and water. Mix in vegetables. Place pieces of chicken on top of rice mixture and bake at 350°F for about an hour or until chicken is done and rice is not soupy.

Serves 2 to 4.
