CARAMEL APPLE PIE 
1/2 pkg. (about 24) Kraft caramels
1 tbsp. milk
1 (6 oz.) Keebler ready crust - graham cracker pie crust
1/3 to 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 pkg. (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. chunky applesauce
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 1/2 c. (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed

Melt caramels with milk in small microwave bowl on high for approximately 2 minutes. Stir mixture until smooth. Pour into pie crust, sprinkle with nuts. Cool.

Beat cream cheese, sour cream and sugar until smooth. Stir in applesauce, vanilla and cinnamon. Fold in whipped topping - spread mixture over caramel layer in crust. Chill 4 hours. Garnish with applesauce or apples, melted caramels and nuts. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
