BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS 
6 (12 oz.) chicken breasts (I also use thighs)
2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. lemon juice
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tsp. celery salt
2 tsp. paprika
4 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 3/4 c. packaged dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. shortening

Cut chicken breasts in half. In a large bowl, combine sour cream, lemon juice, celery salt, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic, and pepper. Add chicken to sour cream mixture, coating each piece well. Let stand in refrigerator overnight. When ready to bake, heat oven to 350 degrees. Remove chicken from sour cream mixture. Roll in bread crumbs, coating evenly. Melt butter and shortening and spoon half over chicken. Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes. Spoon the rest of the batter mixture over chicken. Bake 10-15 minutes longer or until chicken is tender and medium brown.
